The staff was very pleasant and helpful, making my business trip a breeze. The calm and quiet atmosphere of the hotel allowed me to maintain a peaceful state of mind throughout my stay. The tasteful and unique interior design gave a touch of sophistication to the hotel. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to my room, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was impressive, with a good variety of options on offer. The high level of hygiene in the hotel was reassuring and added to the comfort of my stay.
I don't have any negatives to report! My entire stay was enjoyable and there were no issues.

We spent our Christmas week at this hotel and it was the best decision we made. the staff was all smiles and ever-ready to help with a cheerful attitude that made us feel welcome right from the start. the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind during our stay. the best aspect of the hotel was its exceptional interiors that exuded elegance and class. We loved the room's upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. Breakfast was sumptuous with a variety of delicious meals to choose from. Lastly, the hotel's hygiene standards were exemplary and made us feel safe during these trying times.
Honestly, there is not much we disliked about this hotel. the only downside was the location which was a bit further from the city center.
